Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree 3 to 5 years in the IT industry as BDM.
  • Experience as a Sales navigator
  • Managing sales pipeline and experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients along with strong negotiation skills.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
